On October 26, 2023, Eva-Maria Graf and Melanie Fleischhacker jointly held a three-hour workshop in Munich. The purpose of the workshop was to include coaching practice in the project and thus also to exchange with four German coaches who participated in the project (and the workshop). During the workshop, initial findings were presented to the coaches and key insights were shared, but also transcripts were used to demonstrate the importance of contextualizing questions in their sequential progression and also in their function. The subsequent feedback from the coaches was consistently positive and the importance and excitement of the findings for practice was highlighted.
