Lara Calasso is a pre-doc research associate at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and part of the specialist group “Diagnostics and Counselling”. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Zurich, where she specialized in work and organizational psychology. Since April 2021, she is writing her dissertation within the project “Questioning Sequences in Coaching”.
