Rukiye Burkart, BEd

Rukiye Burkart completed the Bachelor of Education at the University of Mannheim and wrote her Bachelor’s Thesis with a linguistic focus on Romance philology (Spanish). She is now on the brink of finishing her Master’s degree.

As a part of the project “Wörter, Medien und Gesellschaft”, Rukiye Burkart has been working at the IDS since February 2022. Additionally, she became a part of our project team and the department of pragmatics in January 2023, as part of which she will also write her Master’s thesis. As a research assistant she is mainly in charge of transcriptions with FOLKER.
