For the three leads, Eva-Maria Graf presents the research gap in the field of (effective) questions in coaching, which, despite the increased importance of questions for coaching practice, still exists. Furthermore, she introduces the QueSCo project and addresses the understanding of (local/global) effectivity in an interdisciplinary research project, also with consideration of practice.

At the conference, Frédérick Dionne and Melanie Fleischhacker, part of Team Klagenfurt,
talk about how, within the framework
of our project, a coaching-specific typology of questions was developed. This typology was created in collaboration between the two branches of linguistics and psychology using authentic coaching data.
This year, the conference takes place from September 15-17, 2022, at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland.
