Tatiana Bachkirova<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Tatiana Bachkirova (MEd, MSc, PhD, C Psychol, AFBPsS)<\/strong> is Professor of Coaching Psychology and Co-Director of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies<\/a> at Oxford Brookes University, UK. Being an academic, she supervises PhD students and leads various research projects. As a practitioner she supervises coaches individually and in groups. At Oxford Brookes she also leads an internationally renowned programme of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tatiana is a recognised author, international speaker and holder of many achievement awards that include recognition of distinguished contribution to coaching psychology from the British Psychological Society<\/a>, Harnisch Scholar award<\/a> from the Institute of Coaching, USA and 2018 Coaching Supervision award<\/a> from the EMCC. She serves as a member of the editorial boards of five academic journals. As an active researcher she published more than 70 research articles, book chapters and books, including the Complete Handbook of Coaching<\/a><\/em> (2010, 2014 and 2018), Coaching and Mentoring Supervision: Theory and Practice<\/a><\/em> (2011 and 2021), Developmental Coaching: Working with the Self<\/a><\/em> (2011 and 2022) and The SAGE Handbook of Coaching<\/a><\/em> (2017).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Elke Berninger-Sch\u00e4fer <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. Elke Berninger-Sch\u00e4fer<\/strong> is a professor at the University of Applied Management Studies<\/a> in Mannheim (HdWM), a certified psychologist, senior coach with the DBVC<\/a> and IOBC<\/a>, a teaching coach and supervisor. She founded and chaired the expert committee on research at the German Federal Association of Business Coaching (DBC) for several years. As the owner of the \u201cKarlsruher Institut<\/a>\u201d, which focusses on leadership, coaching, and health, she offers continuing training programs and certified courses for \u201cBusiness Coach\u201d, \u201cHealth Coach\u201d, \u201cOnline Coaching\u201d, and \u201cLeadership online\u201d. She is the founder and managing partner of the CAI GmbH<\/a>, which develops professional online solutions for coaching, consulting, therapy, and digital leadership. She has published widely in all these fields. She is an editor-in-chief of the first German-speaking scientific journal on coaching: Coaching | Theory and Practice<\/a><\/em> (CTP).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Johannes C. Ehrenthal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jun.-Prof. Dr. phil. Dipl.-Psych. Johannes C. Ehrenthal<\/strong> is a psychological psychotherapist. Since December 2020, he is a professor for Clinical Psychology and empirical-quantitative Depth Psychology at the University of Cologne. He is part of the editorial board of several journals and member of the coordinating council for the working group \u201cOperationalisierte Psychodynamische Diagnostik\u201d (OPD). As an external expert, he is involved in the development of competence-oriented subject catalogues for psychotherapy at the IMPP<\/a>. In addition to general psychotherapy research, his research focusses on the diagnosis and treatment of structural disorders of personality functions, the diagnosis and treatment of complex post-traumatic stress disorders, the application of attachment theory in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics, as well as on competence development in psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Christoph Fl\u00fcckiger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. Christoph Fl\u00fcckiger<\/strong>, psychological psychotherapist and supervisor, heads the Department of Psychological Interventions and Psychotherapy at the University of Zurich<\/a> and the affiliated specialist practice for generalized anxiety disorders. He is co-author of over 150 empirical and conceptual manuscripts in psychotherapy and clinical psychology and related fields. He is editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Psychotherapy Research<\/a><\/em> (2019-2024) as well as co-editor of the educational journal Psychotherapie im Dialog<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Carsten C. Schermuly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. rer. nat. habil. Carsten C. Schermuly<\/strong> is a certified psychologist, vice president for research and transfer at the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences<\/a> as well as director of the Institute for New Work and Coaching (INWOC)<\/a>. His main research interests include the consequences of diversity in work teams, the quality of personnel selection and development measures, as well as the psychological perspective on the topic of \u201cNew Work\u201d (psychological empowerment). As a rarity in German personnel research, his habilitation focused on the topic of empowerment and \u201cNew Work\u201d. For his research, he was awarded the \u201cErdinger Coachingpreis\u201d, the German Coaching Award from the German Federal Association of Business Coaching (DBVC), as well as awards from Harvard Business School (2017) and Henley Business School (2020). For more than ten years, he has also worked as a trainer and organizational consultant. His practical activities are aligned with his scientific interests. He is a former scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation and member of the scientific advisory board of e.g. the United Leaders Association<\/a><\/em> (ULA) and the journal Organisationsberatung, Supervision, Coaching<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eva Traut-Mattausch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Eva Traut-Mattausch <\/strong>is the head of the PsychoEconomic Research Lab (PERL) and the Department \u201cArbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie\u201d at the University of Salzburg<\/a>. In her research, she combines laboratory experiments with field work to answer current questions from business and the world of work. She is particularly interested in the interplay between work and health and the effectiveness of different helping formats. She is the academic director of the postgraduate university course on Supervision, Coaching, and Mediation<\/a>. Due to various consulting projects for business enterprises and social organizations, she is in a continuous dialogue with practitioners.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
