Hansj\u00f6rg K\u00fcnzli is head of the specialist group \u201cDiagnostics and Counselling\u201d at the Department of Psychology at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. He is responsible for instruction in the diagnostic subjects, counselling, and methodology. He conducts research and gives lectures on coaching, career counselling, online counselling, online diagnostics, and chatbot coaching. He is particularly interested in effectiveness and success factor research, particularly in terms of appropriate responsiveness, i.e., aiming to do what is best for the coachee at all times. He is the Swiss project manager for \u201cQuestioning Sequences in Coaching\u201d and will bring a psychological perspective on the coaching conversations to the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, Hansj\u00f6rg K\u00fcnzli is trained in systemic organizational development and systemic and hypno-systemic coaching.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
